How do I check the status of my order?
You should have received an email confirmation of your order which includes a link to check the order status. When the order is shipped you should receive a second email with a link to track shipping progress. if you did not receive an email, please contact support.
How long will it take to receive my order?
When you order a print or download, the photographer first needs to provide us with the high resolution files needed to proceed with your order – this usually happens within 48 hours. Once we have the files, download orders are available immediately, and print orders will be shipped in seven business days or less; Premium prints generally ship in 2-3 business days, canvas, Framed and Fine Art prints generally ship in 3-4 business days, and MetalPrints in 5 business days. We will email you to confirm that the order has shipped. Delivery time depends of course on which shipping option you chose, and we provide you with the links needed to track your package.
I made a mistake on my order…can I change it?
Please contact support with your order number within 24 hours and explain how we can help. Most likely we will cancel the order and you can try again.
I ordered several items but only received part of my order…where is the rest?
Orders are printed at different print labs depending on which product you ordered, so you may receive your items in multiple shipments. If you’d like to know more about the status of your order, please contact Fotomoto Customer Support
Fotomoto coordinates the sales and order fulfillment processes between buyers, sellers, printers and shippers.
If there is a problem during the ordering process or with the printing of an order, Fotomoto Support will investigate the issue, contacting the parties involved as necessary on the customer’s behalf. If there is an issue with shipping or delivery of a physical product, Fotomoto Support will verify that the products were shipped but it may be the customer’s responsibility to contact the shipper to make any delivery arrangements or file claims necessary for damaged or incorrectly-delivered shipments.
