I Start
Shooting from since I could hold a camera, my first job was working in a photography store in England while at school. I went on and gained experience in music event and limited light photography from street to landscapes to sports and anything in between. Doing so gave me great versatility to service all kinds of clients throughout the world.
Now as a 40something living in New York City, I have been creating photojournalism projects for all kinds media platforms and self challenges which have been published many times.
I specialize in Travel, Adventure and Wildlife photography which has been a passion of mine and now it’s my full time job. I’ve been published multiple times online with Culture Trip and in print with Professional Photographer magazine from Future Publishing

a few words
about me
IT’S NOT ABOUT WHERE YOU ARE GOING, IT’S ABOUT HOW YOU GET THERE
Started working at a photography store selling Pentax and Nikon gear to members of the public and private clients. I got bitten by the photography bug.
During 1999 I was assistant to various photographers locally in the UK and London, learning my trade both in the studio and on the streets of the nations capitol city.
Moved to New York City, USA and found myself shooting various genres to commercial clients including travel, photojournalism and interiors. I created studio courses for those who wanted to learn lighting and working with models.
Founded Alaska Bear Tours & Workshops and started to explore more adventure and travel photography across the USA and Alaska. More travel and more pictures taken than every before.
Founded Gotham Drone Pilots to service clients with drone production services after qualifying with a FAA Part 107 Commercial Drone licence.
Released by first book Creative Photography : The Professional Edge in September 2019 and following that up with further projects and documentaries related to travel and adventure photography. Camera Caper was born in 2020, the photography challenge road trip game.
reasons for
success
Challenging myself to be able to supply images from all kinds of situations and places throughout the world. Taking myself out of my comfort zone to learn, grow and improve not only myself but my business and photography skills as a whole. Learning new skills such as drone cinematography and gaining a commercial FAA Part 107 drone license also boosted my ability to serve more clients with commercial content.
