Retrospective 15 Backpack From Think Tank Photo

Hot on the heels of the mega successful Retrospective range of shoulder bags, Think Tank Photo have just announced the Retrospective 15 Camera Backpack. With the same fantastic fabric, retro design language and internal layout that you would come to expect from Think Tank Photo.

What I love about this new backpack is the ability to load from the top and the side which means I can get to my gear fast and easily whatever the situation.

Whether bushwhacking through the outback or horse packing in the Wild West, the Retrospective Backpack 15 is built for back road and off the trail adventure travel. Just like its shoulder bag cousins it’s hard wearing and is great for going off the grid.

This classic and retro designed rucksack features rugged yet form-fitting canvas that is treated with “DWR” to repel the elements. A zippered security flap under the lid tucks away to provide rapid top access, while the back panel offers full access to your gear, including a 15-inch laptop, read Ultra book.

Superior construction, comfortable harness and legendary Think Tank quality inspires confidence so you can focus on the shot, even in some rain you can use the included rain cover that slips over the top.

“The combination of photo and personal gear carry makes the Retrospective Backpack the perfect bag for adventure travel,” said Doug Murdoch, Think Tank CEO and Lead Designer. “It’s a natural addition to the Retrospective shoulder bag series, with all of the style and design details that have made the line so popular.”

With 20 liters of total capacity, the Retrospective Backpack can carry a 70-200mm f/2.8 attached, along with several lenses, a drone, etc. or it can be configured for a combination of camera and personal gear when traveling.

The Retrospective 15 Camera Backpack is available on the Think Tank Photo website now for around $249. use this link to receive free gear and free U.S. shipping on all orders over $50.
